The goal was to have three luxury apartments, one on each floor with a living and kitchen area looking towards a private backyard.
Every apartment has a living/dining/kitchen area, and three bedrooms. Also, every apartment has a bioclimatic green garden. The apartment on the last floor has its own exit to a private roof garden.
